Job Summary

Lead environmental strategy and compliance for complex energy/construction projects, developing and implementing EMS aligned with ISO standards, managing environmental risks across multiple sites, and providing SME guidance to management. You’ll drive KPIs, ensure regulatory adherence, and coordinate with tendering and operations teams to sustain safe, sustainable performance.

Job Function: Environmental & Sustainability

Key Responsibilities

•Be familiar with company, facility, and project-specific HSES terms, requirements, and deliverables
•Develop, lead implementation, and ensure Environmental Management System is in line with corporate, legislative, and client requirements, including compliance with ISO standards
•Develop an integrated approach to HSE and environmental risks across projects and contractors
•Participate and provide inputs to ensure mitigating controls remain suitable and sufficient
•Develop and implement HSES plans, procedures, and instructions in line with contractual and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or Engineering, or related field
•7 to 8 years of experience in the Energy or Construction industry, preferably within EPCI project execution
•Experience with onshore and offshore operations
•Trained and experienced ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001, 45001, or 50001)
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
