Key Responsibilities

  • •Restore files, user profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications such as NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault.
  • •Handle data-center backup operations, including tape movement and management, and develop/manage/test backup and recovery procedures.
  • •Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for critical systems and participate in disaster recovery drills and business continuity planning.
  • •Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization, including applying profile/permission structures for access and security.
  • •Maintain documentation and create reports on system performance and security incidents; coordinate with other IT teams and provide improvement recommendations.
