Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), DOT Inspections and follow-up repairs on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
•Perform minor adjustments and repairs on various truck equipment including electrical, brake, cooling systems, starters/alternators, engine electronics, and transmissions.
•Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical/braking/cooling systems, engine electronics, and related components.
•Inspect, test, and road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions and verify proper operation.
•Independently manage parts inventory and documents repairs using RO in TRAIT; maintain and operate company service truck; communicate with management for approvals and PO numbers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29.42 - 44.13 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ related field experience (or equivalent combination with certification).
•Possess a set of hand tools necessary to perform required duties.
•Obtain ASE T8 (PMI) certification within 18 months.
•Pass DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical; maintain valid DOT medical card.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain Driver Qualification File.
