•Lead and develop the store team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
•Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success, ensuring the team is aware of performance results and action plans.
•Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo.
•Address identified improvement areas to maximise commercial impact, involving the District Manager as needed.
•Drive continuous improvements in sales, productivity and profitability, and lead service on the shop floor.
