Technical Specialist

Design, develop, and support customizations for InterSystems healthcare applications, including interfaces, reports, data extracts, migrations, and upgrades. Own site-specific software development to ensure delivery matches project specifications and requirements. Provide troubleshooting and performance analysis, support utilities (e.g., patching and print services), and create technical documentation and training materials. Liaise with client/business analysts and advise project managers during implementation, including pre/post go-live acceptance issue resolution and extended support coverage.
