•Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Support store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with store management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing that knowledge with consumers.
•Follow Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Be flexible with a schedule that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Take a team-first approach and want to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information on computer/register screens and input information into a computer.
