  • •Partner with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent as a consultative talent advisor.
  • •Screen candidates against nuanced role requirements, ensuring strong alignment and maintaining exceptional documentation and data integrity.
  • •Coordinate with coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a personalized, high-touch candidate experience.
