Chief, Security Services

Supervise Security Services staff providing armed guard support to Arnold AFB. Lead personnel management including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary processes, while maintaining personnel records. Interpret contract PWS requirements to develop training plans, procedures, and schedules for compliance. Coordinate inspections, manage supplies and equipment inventory, oversee timekeeping and work schedules, and communicate with clients, management, vendors, and staff to resolve issues.
