•Update and refine projected construction and program cost estimates as new information becomes available from project teams and contractors.
•Apply program cost and programming models to all planning efforts to validate affordability and alignment with funding constraints.
•Prepare and evaluate “what-if” analyses and alternative scenarios to support leadership decision-making and proof-of-concept validation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually
