Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver demos and Proofs of Concept across Cloudflare’s security, networking, and developer platform portfolio.
•Serve as primary technical contact from contract signature through full platform adoption, owning onboarding and implementation.
•Proactively monitor customer health telemetry, resolve integration bottlenecks, and ensure rapid time-to-value.
•Drive new business acquisition and ongoing account growth with a variable quota, including strategic cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
•Maintain trusted advisory relationships across key stakeholders (engineering leads, CISOs, CTOs) and lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews translating platform metrics into C-level ROI.

Salary: USD 231,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
•Broad technical expertise across web security (WAF, DDoS mitigation, TLS, Zero Trust/SASE), networking (BGP, DNS, SD-WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
•Deep understanding of the life of a request on the internet.
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both engineering architecture sessions and C-suite business reviews.
•Integrated AI-augmented development workflows (e.g., Windsurf, OpenCode) into your daily delivery cycle.
