Lead and coordinate incident response for Docusign’s products and security as part of the SRE Incident Response team. Manage major incidents across global infrastructure, drive RCA and improvements, communicate with executives, and maintain service levels through on-call rotations, automation, and data-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a subject matter expert for Docusign’s incident management and lead complex, high-severity incidents to conclusion.
•Partner with SRE and Service Owners to craft quality RCA and drive improvements across the domain to minimize incidents and severity.
•Monitor, evaluate, and report on incident management programs and metrics to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
•Lead post-incident reviews (RCA) with Service Owners and SREs to identify root causes and implement preventive processes.
•Coordinate communications for multiple audiences (customer-facing and internal) and manage escalation paths during major incidents.

Key Requirements

•Experience in cloud and on-premise system architecture and design; 24x7x365 operations.
•Strong communication skills for executive stakeholders; able to lead incident calls and provide status updates.
•Training in incident command (ICS) and ability to apply structured command during major incidents.
