  • •Design and develop ServiceNow modules/applications.
  • •Proficiency with AJAX, CSS, HTML, DHTML, XSL, and JavaScript.
  • •In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Configuration Management, Reporting, LDAP/SSO, MID Server, Discovery/Service Mapping, and Service Portal.
