Job Summary

Manage the development process and team behind globally defined retail and WHS concept hardware, from brief through engineering and prototyping to sourcing when applicable. Act as a consultant to the Retail Design team by translating requirements into concept intent packs, setting up vendor and engineering/manufacturing partners, and supporting tender processes. Ensure accurate supply-chain data and drive performance through scalable, solution-oriented stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and manage global retail engineering and manufacturing partners to support adidas markets and targets
•Maintain and support the vendor network, in cooperation with Procurement and Markets teams, to optimize production cost structure and scale
•Create and support processes and procedures to maximize supply-chain opportunities, including market-based tender processing when needed
•Ensure data accuracy within the system landscape (e.g., file management and supply chain) to enable decision-making and reporting
•Manage project managers for technical development of global retail concepts and provide feedback and guidance to drive high performance

Key Requirements

•Graduate-level engineering or graduate-level BA
•5-7+ years of experience managing third-party supplier relationships in an international context
•Expert knowledge of construction, manufacturing, and quality control processes for concept hardware (fixture & fittings) and digital signage execution
