Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, install, support, and repair tools and equipment at field locations; analyze user needs and perform testing.
  • •Support sustainment and repair of Army Giant Voice and AVNS, including associated hardware, software, and processes.
  • •Provide timely incident management services aligned to SLA metrics and program KPIs in response to GV/AVNS issues.
  • •Document and troubleshoot reported technical incidents; train end-users on resolution steps for self-service.
  • •Maintain standard operating procedures and document repair information, including with geospatial data; coordinate with teams and OEM representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •DoD Secret clearance required (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
  • •High School or GED equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of or willingness to learn Emergency Management systems: Giant Voice experience or Land Mobile Radio (LMR) experience (or Apprentice Electrician technical test equipment knowledge).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
