Inside Sales Associate

Work with customers in a walk-in and phone environment to understand needs, create solutions, and support a smooth sales process. You’ll process and distribute customer products, handle inquiries and complaints, and accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices and secure payment or credit authorization. You’ll also support warranty disposition at the counter, estimate delivery dates, and assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
