Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and prioritize events, research and recommend tradeshows and conferences, and own a rolling 12-month event calendar.
  • •Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with event organizers, vendors, and venues to maximize value and ROI.
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, hotel blocks, and travel for the team.
  • •Be the on-site point of contact at events, handling setup/teardown, troubleshooting, and ensuring a polished presence from start to finish.
  • •Prepare the team by briefing attendees on objectives, talking points, target accounts, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • •Drive pipeline with sales by booking pre-show meetings, arranging on-site events, and ensuring timely lead follow-up and qualification.
  • •Run pre- and post-event campaigns with marketing (email, landing pages, paid promotion, social) to drive booth traffic and meetings.
  • •Own the event budget, track costs, forecast, flag risks, and make smart trade-offs as priorities shift.
  • •Define KPIs and report results post-event, demonstrating leads, meetings, pipeline, and ROI.

Key Requirements
