Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily DC operational activities: receiving, storage, pick/pack/ship
  • •Track performance against key metrics (OTIF, cycle time, accuracy, throughput)
  • •Coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve operational issues and maintain SLA performance
  • •Support readiness efforts for peaks, promotions, and product launches
  • •Identify and escalate service risks early to minimize customer impact

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations
  • •Experience with 3PLs or DC environments
  • •Familiarity with omnichannel distribution preferred
  • •Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills
  • •Effective communicator across functions
