Job Summary

Build large-scale e-commerce recommendation algorithms and systems, including commodity, live stream, and short video recommendations. Develop long- and short-term user interest models, and design, train, evaluate, and iterate on predictive models for candidate generation and ranking (e.g., CTR and conversion rate). Key Responsibilities

•Participate in building large-scale e-commerce recommendation algorithms and systems (commodity, live stream, and short video recommendations).
•Build long- and short-term user interest models and design algorithms to explore users’ latent interests from large datasets.
•Design, develop, evaluate, and iterate predictive models for candidate generation and ranking, including CTR and conversion rate prediction.
•Design and build supporting/debugging tools, and support production of scalable, optimized AI/ML models.
•Run experiments on deployed models to test performance and identify and resolve bugs; work with relevant deployment software platforms.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Strong programming and problem-solving ability.
•Experience in applied machine learning and familiarity with algorithms such as collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, factorization machines, Word2vec, logistic regression, gradient boosting trees, deep neural networks, or Wide & Deep.
•Experience with deep learning tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
•Experience with at least one programming language such as C++ or Python (or equivalent).
