Job Summary

Provide end-to-end AMS support for SAP Finance (FICO) in an L2/L3 environment, ensuring SLA compliance and stable operations. Manage incidents, service requests, problem and change requests, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Configure and enhance SAP FICO modules, fix defects, and collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements. Execute unit/integration testing and UAT support, maintaining cross-module integration (FI-MM, FI-SD) and contributing to audit and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP FICO modules, ensuring SLA compliance and stable operations.
•Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests throughout the application lifecycle.
•Support month-end and year-end closing activities with timely and accurate financial processing.
•Perform configuration, enhancements, and defect fixes across SAP FICO modules; support cross-module integration (FI-MM, FI-SD).
•Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation; execute unit/integration testing and UAT support, and assist with audit/compliance and transport management.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience as an SAP FICO consultant supporting Finance and Controlling.
•Experience delivering L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules in an AMS environment with SLA adherence.
•Strong understanding of incident, service request, problem management, and change request handling.
•Ability to support month-end and year-end closing activities with accurate financial processing.
•Experience with SAP FICO configuration, enhancements, defect fixes, and test activities including unit/integration testing and UAT support.
