Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise all financial accounts, books, and financial reporting systems to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage implementation of approved financial policies and procedures, and allocate financial resources according to the approved budget.
  • •Oversee banking/financial relationships, annual expense tracking and final account preparation, and review/approve required payments and invoices.
  • •Supervise donations and revenue collection monitoring, reconcile checks (post-dated and returned), perform monthly and annual closings, and conduct annual cash/check/card inventories.
  • •Prepare and oversee budgets for all organizational units, compare actual vs plan, analyze variances, report to senior management, and train departments on annual budget preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
  • •At least four years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • •Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and across cultures.
