Finance Affairs Manager

Oversee the organization’s financial accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Manage and implement approved financial policies, budgets, and resource allocation, including preparation of annual expenses and final accounts. Supervise banking/financial relationships, donations and revenue collection processes, and monthly/annual reconciliations, audits, and settlements. Lead budgeting planning, variance analysis, and support departments with annual budget preparation and training.
