•Drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and KPIs, including internal KPI attainment.
•Lead and directly manage projects across complex remediation programs for Oil & Gas assets.
•Serve as direct supervisor for a team of remediation professionals and provide rapid issue resolution.
•Develop and implement succession plans and mentor/training for program team members.
•Partner with Client Account Managers and Environmental Business Line Leadership to grow profitable backlog and ensure financial success, including capture strategies and budget development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field and 10 years of experience (or equivalent), including 2 years in leadership positions.

•Master’s degree in environmental engineering, geoscience, or related discipline (preferred).
•P.G. or P.E. licensed in California or Colorado, or Texas (preferred).
