  • •Associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. in an engineering discipline or similar technical discipline.
  • •For Associate’s: 15 years of relevant technical experience or 2 years as a Development Engineer I at First Solar.
  • •For Bachelor’s: 5 years of relevant technical experience or 2 years as a Development Engineer I at First Solar.
  • •For Master’s: 3 years of relevant technical experience or 2 years as a Development Engineer I at First Solar.
  • •Hands-on experience executing experiments in laboratory or manufacturing environments and strong analytical skills to interpret data.
