Development Engineer II

Conduct lab and manufacturing development engineering to advance thin film solar cell performance and stability while reducing manufacturing cost. Plan, execute, and characterize experiments, apply statistical and engineering methods, and improve processes so results can be used by others. Use analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate materials and tools/equipment specifications, and collaborate across internal and external partners. May mentor and manage junior associates and help drive department deliverables.
