Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate facility suppliers to ensure services are delivered to standard.
  • •Log and resolve facility requests using the FMIS (facility management system).
  • •Coordinate waste management, site upkeep, and snow/ice removal to ensure safe site access.
  • •Keep facility supplies fully stocked throughout the building and manage workwear (including laundry services and suppliers).
  • •Support logistics/warehouse-related tasks and collaborate with the technical/maintenance team on light repairs, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
