Job Summary

The NXE First Line Support Production Engineer provides hands-on, real-time troubleshooting in the cleanroom to minimize downtime, drive continuous improvement through SPC tracking and disturbance analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and process stability on the Chuck/SS line (CWW Days).

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Provide first-line troubleshooting and problem-solving for production issues, spending substantial time in the cleanroom to support production processes
•Conduct real-time troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize output, documenting disturbances and resolutions for future learning
•Escalate unresolved issues to senior first-line engineers and capture learnings to write or update OCAPs
•Contribute to ‘As New’ activities based on input from Design & Engineering/Module PE to ensure product quality
•Participate in disturbance notifications and DRB/MRB processes, including creating and managing ETPs, task lists and DOs

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering with 2+ years of experience in a production engineering environment
•Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering with prior internship experience in a production environment
•Prior experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electro-mechanical parts
•Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies
•Exposure to SPC and data-driven process control, and ability to document issues and resolutions clearly
