Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-value strategy projects for insurers, reinsurers, and investors on complex strategic questions.
  • •Structure, storyboard, plan, and implement workstreams, developing hypotheses to address client problems.
  • •Lead market research, financial and data analysis to solve complex problems.
  • •Coach and develop team members and support interview preparation and facilitation.
  • •Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and contribute to reports, proposals, and go-to-market propositions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in strategy consulting or consulting (insurance experience preferred) or an Insurance Audit background with qualification.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including developing and testing hypotheses for unstructured client problems.
  • •Experience leading workstreams and managing the output of others.
  • •Strong organisational skills, including general project management.
  • •Experience coaching and developing junior team members, and handling large data sets with high-quality outputs in Excel and PowerPoint.
