Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, manage, and guide a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects with technical guidance and career development.
  • •Set team goals and baseline performance expectations in collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners.
  • •Serve as a technical sponsor for high-value strategic customers, advising on AI adoption strategies and use-case scoping/deployment.
  • •Partner with sales leadership to develop strategies for adoption of Anthropic products in specific verticals and horizontal use cases.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize customer feedback, resolve blockers, and represent Anthropic in strategic engagements (including travel).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 315,000 - 380,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
  • •3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
  • •Demonstrated success selling complex technical products to Financial Services companies.
  • •Deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and enterprise solution rollouts.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
