Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles with a track record managing managers.
  • •Hands-on expertise building, scaling, and deploying generative AI products and massive foundation models in production.
  • •Strong architectural understanding of high-performance computing, GPU cluster optimization, and distributed systems challenges for training and serving foundation models.
  • •Execution mindset to transition ambiguous, complex technologies from R&D concepts into reliable enterprise-grade platforms.
  • •Domain experience in computational biology, genomics, drug discovery, or integrating AI into scientific software platforms (or comparable experience).
