Key Responsibilities

•Embed with enterprise customers to learn their brand, creative team, content supply chain, and campaign metrics; become a trusted advisor within 90 days.
•Translate a customer brief into a working creative workflow by composing Firefly Services APIs and Workflow Builder nodes into executable pipelines.
•Build thin front-ends or conversational experiences and light back-ends; ship a working URL the customer uses this quarter.
•Build custom workflow nodes when existing ones fall short and push reusable ones upstream.
•Integrate with the customer’s stack (AEM Assets, Workfront, Frame.io, DAM, PIM, brand portal) and own edge cases.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5–10 years straddling creative production and technical building; shipped both real creative work (motion, design, video, 3D, brand systems) AND real technical work (apps, integrations, plugins, automation).
•Public portfolio showing shipped creative work AND shipped technical artifacts is a hard requirement.
•Extreme ownership with a GSD attitude; travel 10–20%.
•Ability to translate a customer brief into a working creative workflow using Firefly Services APIs and Workflow Builder nodes; experience with design system integrations is a plus.
•Comfort building thin front-ends or conversational experiences and light back-ends (App Builder, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda) and delivering a working URL this quarter.
