Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, validate, and sustain MEDCOP capabilities within SC2S/IL6 and C2S/IL5 environments
  • •Maintain Roles of Care visualization, MTF capacity/occupancy views, patient holding analysis, and RTD pipeline visualization
  • •Track Class VIII A/B inventory with echelon-level drill-down and enable 48–72 hour forecasting analytics for end-to-end medical supply chain visibility
  • •Configure exception-based alerting for MASCAL events and supply-level threshold breaches, including establishing and documenting alert thresholds
  • •Provide MEDCOP user onboarding, familiarization training, configuration documentation, and operator support during responses, exercises, and LSCO-focused training

Key Requirements
