Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick up shop keys, open shops doors on time, and manage end-of-day opening/closing processes including float counting.
  • •Handle cash/float processes, including exchanging money and doing closing return of keys to the security officer.
  • •Ensure products are cleaned, well displayed, correctly priced/price-tagged, and that window displays are maintained.
  • •Manage retail operations such as stock checks and requisition requests for unavailable products, plus dispatch of purchased items.
  • •Support guest needs including reservation of newspapers and magazines, follow-up on messages, welcoming guests, and assisting with credit card machine issues.

Key Requirements
