Senior Project Manager - Real Estate

Manage construction projects in Milan by overseeing overall cost, schedule, and budgets. Lead General Contractors and other vendors, track critical milestones to prevent schedule slippage, and review proposals, work-in-place, and cost-loaded schedules. Run client and related meetings, validate contractors’ cost estimates, and manage payment requests, invoices, retention payments, and claim-related occurrences. Ensure transfer of building operations to the client, including close-out documentation and warranties.
