Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit Philippine AI graphic and video talents familiar with AI video and design tools to join CapCut Creative Partner Programme (CPP).
  • •Manage top AI talents in CPP by organizing online contests and offline workshops/hackathons to produce quality CapCut AI videos.
  • •Develop external influential AI partnerships to publicize CapCut flagship AI tools and models.
  • •Manage template creators and agencies for CapCut PH creator ecology.
  • •Analyze content consumption data and metrics and adjust execution plans to improve performance of AI effect and pro templates.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in creator operations, including KOL recruitment and management.
  • •Strong AI video and graphic talent networks, with proven negotiation and promotion skills for AI video/graphic partnerships.
  • •Strong knowledge of AI video and graphic creation/editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Kling, Higgsfield).
  • •Strong community management and education skills, including presentation and workshop moderation.
  • •Strong data analysis skills and good taste for quality AI video/graphic content.
