Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the government sales cycle, including relationship building, presentations/content delivery, forecasting, sales review, and promotional planning
  • •Develop and maintain strategic relationships within assigned accounts and drive conversions/sell-through to meet regional goals
  • •Review business with customers monthly/quarterly to ensure growth targets are achieved and plan core account focus
  • •Provide support for end-user product training and develop/drive field programs, events, promos, and flyers
  • •Partner with national account stakeholders and coordinate field support plans while managing marketing, promotional, and T&E budgets

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
  • •5+ years’ experience in sales or marketing focused in the construction and industrial channels, including the government vertical
  • •Prior sales management and key account experience
  • •Excellent presentation skills with comfort speaking in front of large audiences
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and ability to travel (60%)
