Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs and referring investment and insurance products.
  • •Build a client referral pipeline through centers of influence and disciplined prospecting while documenting calling efforts.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, including competitive offerings, to support meaningful client conversations.
  • •Open and manage personal and business accounts and deposit/lending products (e.g., checking, small business, home equity, unsecured lending, CDs).
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations including assisting with teller-line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
