Showroom Manager

Lead day-to-day operations of a Bath, Kitchen & Lighting showroom in Lakewood, managing a team of associates and driving customer engagement. Supervise showroom traffic and oversee sales of lighting, appliances, and high-end fixtures while collaborating on displays, clearance center initiatives, revenue growth, margin enhancement, and process improvements. Own budgeting activities, handle customer appointments and walk-ins, manage supplier relationships, resolve complaints, and represent Ferguson locally at industry events.
