Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management including cost estimates, procurement/tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  • •Produce and present final cost plans, including cost estimating and cost planning.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities: pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reports, and contractual documents.
  • •Own cost checks and valuations, produce monthly post-contract cost reports, and support cost variances and change control with cost risk analysis and value engineering inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical knowledge of data centre or related facility asset types.
  • •Experience in MEP construction and/or related sectors (e.g., industrial, pharma, manufacturing, or Mission Critical).
  • •Good knowledge of construction and procurement methods, including tendering and procurement processes.
  • •Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases, and experience with estimating tools and applications.
  • •Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
