Job Summary

Join the Commercial Data and Analytics team as a Data Analyst on the Reporting Partnerships group to generate physician-level client reporting and analytics. You’ll build and maintain Python-based reports, craft SQL queries, and partner with client-facing colleagues to translate data insights into actionable outcomes for healthcare clients, while pushing for automation and higher data quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate and maintain Python-based client reporting used to power client measurement.
•Deliver new Python scripts for reporting use cases, from adapting existing client templates to building custom client scripts end-to-end.
•Conduct daily QA and act as a point-of-contact for teammates’ SQL and Python questions, helping raise the overall bar for code quality and consistency.
•Create and maintain both Python and SQL-based aggregate reports as needed.
•Collaborate with teammates and clients to translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences and manage deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 77,000 - 134,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of professional experience working in business analytics or performance reporting.
•Excellent SQL skills to create and evaluate complex statements involving numerous tables and data relationships.
•Fluency in Python, with hands-on experience building, maintaining, and debugging scripts for data processing or reporting.
•Experience stepping into client-facing roles, especially to translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to stay ahead of multiple deadlines at once.
