•Develop and optimize systems and processes to improve implementation efficiency and post-implementation success
•Coordinate and lead internal and external calls to manage integration plans for software partners
•Build AI tools and agents to automate and scale projects
•Transfer integration plans into production reference documentation for partners and internal support teams
