Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the development, operation, and continuous improvement of ByteDance’s self-built CDN platform.
  • •Support internal service teams in adopting the self-built CDN platform, including onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • •Improve platform supportability, operational workflows, and technical enablement for large-scale CDN services.
  • •Contribute to CDN technical documentation, including onboarding guides, configuration references, troubleshooting playbooks, and best practices.
  • •Participate in CDN knowledge base construction to improve knowledge sharing, issue resolution, and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • •Basic understanding of Internet technologies including HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, TLS/certificates, caching, or Linux.
