Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate enterprise commercial agreements, including MSAs, SLAs, and DPAs.
  • •Collaborate with enterprise sales and customer success to remove legal roadblocks and negotiate favorable terms while managing risk.
  • •Manage high-volume enterprise contract workflows, triaging requests to help sales prioritize and unblock deals.
  • •Develop and maintain playbooks and fallback positions for common enterprise negotiation scenarios to speed up deal cycles.
  • •Advise product and security teams on legal and compliance implications of new features, particularly data handling, AI capabilities, and user privacy; conduct legal reviews on product releases.
  • •Support corporate and strategic projects, including fundraising and international expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor with relevant training from a top law firm and a minimum of 3 years’ PQE (level open to more experienced applicants).
  • •Proven expertise negotiating and closing complex, high-volume SaaS agreements with enterprise clients.
  • •Demonstrable experience with data privacy and international compliance frameworks, including GDPR, SCCs, and DPAs, for complex cross-border data transfer issues.
  • •Comfort operating in fast-moving environments while managing competing priorities and making sound judgment calls under pressure.
  • •Ability to manage large portfolios of concurrent negotiations and multiple stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
