Job Summary

Lead the on-site field service team for Honeywell Building Automation in Brisbane, overseeing maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems (CCTV, access control, third-party equipment). You’ll diagnose faults, perform installations and calibrations, build trusted relationships with clients, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth through proactive service, safety leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Service and maintenance of security equipment and third-party equipment on all designated sites
•Security system installations, calibrations and maintenance including diagnoses and faults repair electronic security (CCTV, Access point etc)
•Build strong relationships and maintain trust with clients and customers
•Able to work and perform duties outside of normal working hours at times
•Be accountable in managing sites and sub-contractors
