Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and continuously evolve the global scheduling strategy, operating model, and governance framework across business units and lines of business.
  • •Establish global scheduling standards and methodologies to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with labor legislation, working time regulations, union agreements, and company policies.
  • •Drive workforce optimization by translating capacity plans into operational scheduling execution, improving schedule efficiency, flexibility, and responsiveness.
  • •Own global scheduling performance frameworks, including defining and governing KPIs and reporting methodologies to deliver executive visibility on utilization, risks, and operational readiness.
  • •Build and lead a hub-based scheduling organization, enabling cross-functional collaboration with HR and operations, and represent scheduling in executive governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in Workforce Management, Workforce Planning, Scheduling, or Operational Resource Management.
  • •Demonstrated experience defining workforce deployment strategies, governance frameworks, and scheduling operating models.
  • •Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders on workforce optimization, productivity, compliance, and operational performance.
  • •Expert knowledge of WFM scheduling tools (Verint, NICE IEX, Genesys WFM, Teleopti or equivalent) and WFM KPIs such as SLA, Shrinkage, Adherence, and Occupancy.
