Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end responsibility for the DEWALT product portfolio in the DACH region, including portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market strategy in alignment with Marketing, Sales, and the European HQ.
  • •Drive strategic and commercial portfolio development focused on profitable growth, sell-in performance, channel effectiveness, and successful new product introductions.
  • •Identify and unlock growth opportunities via analysis of market trends, competition, white spaces, pricing structures, and customer needs, translating them into clear strategic priorities.
  • •Develop and lead cross-channel growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Sales, Demand Planning, and Brand & Account Activation.
  • •Contribute to strategic forecasting, inventory, and lifecycle decisions; represent DEWALT in relevant internal and external forums and provide expertise to less experienced team members when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, plus 5–8+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Product Management.
  • •Proven experience strategically steering product portfolios, including pricing, portfolio management, and go-to-market leadership.
  • •Strong commercial, analytical, and conceptual understanding to translate market and competitive dynamics into growth strategies.
  • •High ownership and strategic maturity with the ability to manage and influence regional and international stakeholders effectively.
  • •Very strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, plus willingness to travel within the DACH region.
