Lead the sales floor in a new adidas store opening in Rotterdam (Alexandrium), driving commercial performance by coaching the team, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Support the Store Manager with target achievement, brand standards (including visual merchandising and replenishment), and daily store operations such as opening/closing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness, organization, health & safety, and support stock management processes like deliveries and stocktakes.
