Key Responsibilities

•Repair damaged automotive interior materials including cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, vinyl, and upholstery.
•Repair interior components such as center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching.
•Perform color matching/dying for cloth and fabric to restore correct appearance.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to complete interior repair work.
•Work mandatory overtime based on business needs when required.

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some roles may require an MVR check.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and use required safety equipment.
