Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead workstreams in the Authorizations Modernization Program (AMP) to modernize authorization business processes and platforms.
  • •Oversee journey delivery, testing, and migration while coordinating a large agile team under deadline pressures.
  • •Perform program governance activities including maintaining the RAIDD log, creating project plan artifacts, and documenting steering materials.
  • •Support journey readiness and delivery reporting (including KPMG task absorption), govern JIRA data, and track readiness for PI and mid-PI kanban features.
  • •Drive clear program communications using dashboards and status reports and partner with Product and Solution Management to document and track capabilities and features.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the Credit or Fraud Risk domain and having executed transformational or change management roles.
  • •Experience delivering large, complex projects in matrixed organizations and partnering across all lines of defense.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
  • •Excellent Microsoft Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and ability to lead informed technical discussions with engineering teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree; SAFE or PMI-equivalent project management certification and a degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related discipline are preferred.
