Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate marketing forecast and/or load plan for feasibility via rough-cut capacity.
  • •Recommend alternative actions to reconcile differences between load plan and unconstrained demand using a closed-loop process.
  • •Execute Profit Plan targets (e.g., stock fill rate, on-time performance, freight cost, load attainment, data accuracy, customer lead-time) and support KPIs required by site leadership.
  • •Manage master scheduling and daily production plan follow-ups, including creating monthly production plans and forecast build/accuracy metrics.
  • •Own inventory stocking strategy and maintain finished-goods inventory levels; ensure correct data coding and integrity in ERP/order systems and support ECN execution/supersedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in materials, operations, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and planning systems such as MAPICS, AS400, and MRP.
  • •APICS certification is preferable, with project management and negotiation/interpersonal communication skills.
