Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day guidance for junior team members, share technical knowledge, and support onboarding and integration into project workflows.
  • •Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; facilitate stakeholder meetings; support conflict resolution and issue management.
  • •Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental, and scheduling requirements.
  • •Manage programme planning and execution, including master programme implementation and updates to weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, and inspection timelines.
  • •Oversee project reporting and procurement activities, including maintaining project schedules, producing reports on risks/decisions/actions, and supporting consultant procurement (scopes, bids, negotiations).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience managing CSA (roof and facade) in industrial/semiconductor/advanced manufacturing construction projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.
