Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations as a Commis I by assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under senior chefs. Maintain cleanliness and organization, follow recipes and instructions, and ensure consistent quality and presentation. Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and ingredient/equipment readiness. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, coordinate with kitchen teams for timely order execution, and monitor cooking processes for correct temperature and timing.
