Key Responsibilities

  • •Play an integral role in the accounting for various business transactions of a rapidly growing, nation-wide business.
  • •Use formulas, pivot tables and macros to manage and report data accordingly.
  • •Assist with accounting research, preparation of journal entries, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • •Assist with reconciling accounts and other month end closing responsibilities.
  • •Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, design new workflows when needed, implement new systems, and train new team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
  • •At least 3 years of public accounting experience and a CPA is preferred.
  • •Complex fixed asset or lease accounting experience is a preferred.
  • •You have excellent communication skills.
  • •You’re an expert using Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
